I didn't want to be that parent that never let her child play with messy stuff in the house. I wanted it to be controlled but not forbidden. We've had so much fun with Play-doh recently that I thought we would venture out to Moon Dough. Yesterday while grocery shopping I found some, which included the dough and several molds for $3. I thought for sure if we didn't like the dough we would still be able to use the molds. Anyway, after breakfast this morning, I got the Moon Dough out. It was a terrible mess! It is kinda like floral foam....you know, like a powdery substance that can kinda be molded. The more you work with it, the better it forms. Parker was not impressed and we had it all over the place. The dogs tried eating it and by the end of it, I had the vacuum out and the dough was in the trash.

Back to Play-doh for now and using homemade Play-doh mats (making eyes for Elmo):
