Parker is all boy! Before bath tonight I told Bryan that Parker has earned his bath today and here are the reasons why:
1) Poop painting - Yes, that is correct! My boy likes to poop, stick his hand down his pants and then go to town in his bed. I will give him some credit....he tells us these days when he poops. However, should he poop while in his bed, he will "paint the town brown". It's happened THREE times in the past week and it is just gross!
2) Playing in the mud - Our very dear friend Austin has been very very sick for about a week. He's been in oxygen tents, CareFlighted from Oklahoma to Texas and in ICU at Children's Hospital here in Dallas. This has been a very scary time for Michelle and her family, as well as the friends that love and care for them. Austin came home from the hospital on Saturday and is doing a lot better. We decided to go over and see Austin today to cheer him up some. The boys ended up outside, playing in the dirt (which was really mud) and having fun.
3) DIRT - We obviously have a small dirt area near the fence. I have not been out there (Bryan has) but when Parker comes in from playing outside, he has dirt in his hair and under his nails (and sometimes in his diaper). I've seen him a couple times put it in his mouth....at which time he comes inside and says "wawa" (water).
4) Poop throwing - (we have lots of poop around here....) Parker likes to find dried dog poop and toss it....need I say more?
5) Cooties at the park - We took Parker, in his wagon, over to the park after dinner. There are three different play areas and lots of soccer fields. There is a lot to look at and explore. We started at the ship play area and then moved to the BIG kid play area (see next post) and then to Parker's favorite play area (pardon the wind):
