Bryan worked outside all day trying to get our yard ready for summer. Since Parker is having a time with his allergies, we tried to stay inside most of the day. However, we couldn't resist going outside for a little bit to get some sun and play in the dirt. So, I thought I would share a conversation we had:Me: "What is that in your hand, Parker?"
Me: "Bryan, what would you call that?"
Bryan: "Mulch"
Me (to Parker): "Mu-Mu-Mu-Mulch"
Me (to Bryan): "Is there an easier word?"
Bryan: "Bark"
Me: "Parker, say bark. Ba-ba-ba-bark."
Parker: "Daddy, I thought that is what dogs say."
Bryan: "Son, you have to understand that some words have different meanings......"
OK, this is one of those "had to be here" moments but it made us laugh!
